I've had helix for a bit over a week now and while other devices in the house seem to keep their connection to the wifi, my laptop, which is also the most recent device and thus should have the most up to date tech, periodically loses connection, forcing me to restart the computer each time. This only happens on this network and once the connection is acquired it may last for hours or for a few minutes with no apparent pattern. The videotron tech doesn't have this issue with his own device and won't help. What could be causing this?
