I want to check my usage because I was so close last time and I've just finished my billing cycle. But, it's been down for a couple of days. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't know for the internet (I'm currently not connected with Videotron)... but for mobile, it works fine.
that said, if you always check late at night, it might not be available... I believe it's usually down during the night between 11pm and 6am (not 100% sure for the time).
