How do I do a factory reset on my Helix 2 device if I forgot the password?

I can no longer access 10.0.0.1 because I no longer have access to my password. I heard a factory reset would do, how would I do that?

Hello,

It depends on the model of Helix Gateway that you have.

If you have the grey model: You need to hold the reset button behind for about 30 seconds.

If you have the white model: You need to hold the button with the two arrows behind for about a minute.
