Hi @bt003232, have you been able to fix this problem since your post?
If it persists, have you noticed the same situation in the app from another device?
Have you also tried another reset on the gateway by disconnecting the power cable?
Lastly, you could also try a factory reset but this will require to setup your Wifi network in the Helix Fi app afterward.
