Have electricity, no internet

Does anyone know when Vidéotron hélix customers will have internet restored? I have my power back but no internet…

Same boat, H9J. Video from tech support is hiding their heads in the sand and whistling past the graveyard. Spent over 40 minutes on the line today, waiting for customer service. Nothing. Can't even report that there's large broken branch hanging on their cable...

I live in H8Y.  No internet, no emails, no phone, not even my alarm system can connect to my phone.  I have no internet so I have no way of finding their telephone number (as if that would help!).

My power is back, internet came back but internet and mobility (everything connected to Videotron) is down.  What's wrong?
