Does anyone know aside the Videotron ombudsman, who we could file a formal complaint with for the terrible customer service Videotron offers. Do we need to go to the media?

Thank you.After 14 months of not getting a major complaint resolved with another ISP, I filed a complaint with https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/for-consumers/complaints/complaint-form/. The ISP immediately got in touch with me.
