I don't use my videotron e-mail address other than creating it 6+ years ago. However now that I can not have a paper bill (not cool btw) I need to access this account to read the bill! I've made 3 attempts to get my recovery & not once has the e-mail been sent to me even though my e-mail I used daily is on file & the site claims it's been sent. Someon please help I just want to see my bill, so I pay what I owe.

if your password is the problem, you can change it on Customer Center portal...
if that doesn't work you will have to contact customer service (call or chat).
