can't access my videotron e-mail
I don't use my videotron e-mail address other than creating it 6+ years ago. However now that I can not have a paper bill (not cool btw) I need to access this account to read the bill! I've made 3 at...
if your password is the problem, you can change it on Customer Center portal...
if that doesn't work you will have to contact customer service (call or chat).
