Hi,
I will move to an address, where the current owner is using Videotron, and he is going to cancel use it.
Is it possible at Videotron account/equipment transfer to a new customer (to me in my case)?

Hi rs2021,
This is possible to transfer the account under your name if the owner doesn't keep any services at his new address. In order to do it, the current owner has to contact our customer service by phone at the 1-877-512-0911 to authorize you in his account. Then, you have to contact our customer service to put the account under your name. The fees are $29.95 plus tax.
