I have made a minecraft server before with Bell, but now that I try with Videotron, it does not seem to work. I am able to connect to the local host address, but not the public ip address. I have looked at multiple server tutorials and tried various ways to start the server, but I can still only ever connect to local and not public. My friend who also uses Videotron (PC) was not able to get a server going, but my friend with Bell (PC) is currently able to host our server, but I would like to be the host.
-Yes, I portforwarded
-Yes, I tried turning off Firewall (internal and on router)
-Tried on Mac and PC
-Tried Wifi and Ethernet connection
