Wired helix tv terminal

I have the possibilty to connect me helix terminals via a 1gb wired connection. The tech who installed the terminal said a wireless connection is preferred by Videotron, is that correct?

    Hi! You can use whichever type of connection you would like, both offer the same type of service. The advantage of Wifi is that it's wireless.
