Helix remote control- missing functions of illico remote
Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me.
When watching a recorded show in Illico I was able to fast forward 30 seconds and rewind 7 seconds using the buttons on the remote. With Helix the only option is fast foward or fast forward at faster speeds (2x, 4x, etc)
Is there a way with Helix to jump forwards or backwards like Illico used to?
Also is there an easier way to delete a recorded show? Now have to fast forward to the end of the show then the delete option is available.
I like Helix but Illico was easier to use.

You can use the following voice commands :
- Forward « time in minutes and seconds »
- Rewind « time in minutes and seconds »

You can also use PG Up & PG Down. When viewing on-demand television, skips forward or backward 10 minutes. When viewing a recording, skips forward or backward 5 minutes.

what about when its late at night and i dont wanna wake my family, is there not a way i can skip forward 30 seconds using the remote?
