Videotron big **blip** 😡

In my billing they put 2 cellphones but only 1 i used and the other 1 I already return to the manager who send to me the cellphone. How come they put charge me if i never used the phone. And now the customer service they not open my account. But other customer service they open how come different they say . I’m so very stress to videotron and 2x to charge me to my credit card.
