Anyone else getting a constant busy signal trying to contact Customer Support by Phone
Been trying for about 2 full days now to get a hold of Custoemr Support to clear up a billing issue with no success. All contact numbers that i have tried only bring me to a busy signal. Are they having issues with thier services or what?
The lines are busy but no problem to say as far as I know.

if you dial other numbers (not for Videotron), do you still get the busy signal?
are you calling from a land line or cell phone?
that said, I've tried all 3 different numbers to reach them from my cell phone (customer service 1-877-512-0911, tech support 1-877-380-2611 and 611)... all worked fine (got the voice message "welcome to videotron").
