Anyone else seeing these special offers? Videotron won’t honour them - claim they’re not in the system, but they have been readily viewable on the website all week.
if you select one and then wait for the customer service rep to call you back to confirm, they will tell you that you can’t order it!!

Yes, I’ve seen those offers too it’s frustrating when the website shows deals that customer service won’t honor. Videotron should fix the disconnect between their online and support systems.
