It’s frustrating to pay for a new service only to discover that it offers fewer features than the system it replaced. The loss of picture-in-picture, scheduled on/off functions, and reliable TV-box performance sounds especially disappointing. And the absence of CFL teams from the sports personalization options is hard to understand, particularly when so many other leagues are supported. As an NBA fan who enjoys games like NBA 2K20, I understand how important a good sports-watching experience can be. Hopefully, Videotron takes this feedback seriously and improves Helix to offer the features and reliability customers expect.
