Problems Samsung A20 and samsung A50

Hi i was wondering if anyone had any problems with they're samsung A20 and samsung A50. because my devices sometimes when i send texts its start reloading on my phone. While my mother have the samsung A50 she did receive my message while on my device its say it didnt send .

 

please anyone tell me this is normal or not thanks
