Outgoing Caller-ID
Does anyone know how (of if possible) to have Outgoing Caller-ID? I used to have it both with Rogers and Fido. People who did not have me in their contact list could see my name.

I honestly do not know.
As for the second point, depending on where you found that option it could also be for outgoing calls.
Keep in mind, even tho the outgoing weill show "unknown name and number 123-456-7890", it's still a caller ID, just lacks a name.
