sms premium

Bonjour !

Je fouillais certains numéros dans ma facture et j'ai découvert 'sms premium' qui m'a été facturé alors que je n'ai rien reçu dans mon appareil et je ne vois aucun sms reçu à l'heure indiquée. Quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer ce que c'est ?

  • yes. anything over what you actually own them will be put on your next invoice. 

     

    if you actually just did the payment and videotron has not received or processed it yet, you can call your bank and ask them to block the second payment you just did.
