I have the same problem and Videotron seems non achalant about the issue.They treat me like I was the only one with this problem .
You highlited your issue back in 2023 have you been able to resolve your issue ?
If yes please let us know ,just this week end i was on the phone with videotron for moe than an hour and got nowhere.
