After service has been restored, can I still use the part of the data that I had not used before the icestorm? Say I have a 10 Gb limit and I had used only 4 Gb before the 4th, can I still use the remaining 6 afterwards even if I had used 7 (or 70) Gb during the outage? What exactly is meant with "all excess data used"? Please clarify so that we do net get any surprises!
