Overage data fees credited if you have a power outage due to the ice storm

Hello, I have home internet with videotron. The large videotron cable that feeds the street has been cut by a tree and the same for the one going to my house. I imagine the street one is already flagged by videotron but what process should I follow to
eventually get a service technician to fix the one that connects to my house ? I know patience will be needed but I’d like to confirm what’s the best way to be on some list to get my house connected again. Thanks
