Hi Alvaro we can only offer credit to our clients that have both Internet and mobile phone with us. You could check with Fido for the data.
Having more than one services with us has it's avantages.
What a **blip**py response. I only have TV (Illico) w/Videotron, but you are failing all of us, especially those dependent on you for Internet and phone, and yet you give a passive-aggressive response touting "advantages". Failings is more like it. Bad time to indulge in self-promotion. I fully expect and will insist on a significant fee reduction for this month. Hydro is doing the hard job, but it feels like Vidéotron has taken the holiday off. I could be wrong, but when you give an arrogant, tone-deaf reply to people who are badly put out by your company's failings, you really don't inspire confidence!
