Number of devices that connect to Helix

I just switched to Helix on a promotion and now I read that I "connect up to 4 devices." Does that mean that of all our devices -- phones, Chromecast, computers, ipads, Google Nests (10 devices in al...

No..  it's just there to give some sort of idea.
