New ipv4 address
How can i get a new ipv4 address as i dont see a way to configure it in that admin section of the Helix gateway site
Bon matin! Si vous décidez d'utiliser votre propre routeur dans le but de faire des configurations plus avancées, vous pourrez activer le mode bridge et la borne ne deviendra alors qu'un simple modem. Votre réseau WiFi sera géré par votre routeur et oui, le service de télévision pourra quand même fonctionner! Si jamais il y a quoique ce soit durant la configuration, svp nous en faire part. Merci!

You can try power cycling your modem or router. Disconnect the power source, wait for a minute or two, and then plug it back in. This can sometimes trigger the device to request a new IP address from your ISP.
Hi! Like the previous comment says; that's the only way to potentially get a new IP address aside from connecting a different device. We use dynamic IPs and there is no manual way of choosing or changing an IP on a residential service.
