Magic Jack cannot **blip** not work
Magic Jack Support wrote this.....
"I would recommend you to contact your Internet service provider and ask them to please release ports 5060 to 5070 UDP on your router/modem since they seem to be blocked and not allowing magicJack to work from your router/modem as it does from the computer"
Those ports are not blocked by the modem but they could be blocked by the router.
Did you try to access your router configuration pages and redirect those ports to your Magic Jack ?
