Magic Jack Support wrote this.....&nbsp;"I would recommend you to contact your Internet service provider and ask them to please release ports 5060 to 5070 UDP on your router/modem since they seem to be blocked and not allowing magicJack to work from your router/modem as it does from the computer"

Those ports are not blocked by the modem but they could be blocked by the router.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Did you try to access your router configuration pages and redirect those ports to your Magic Jack ?
