How to avoid service interruption when switching to Videotron

You should sign up with Videotron first and confirm the installation/activation date before cancelling your current service. Videotron will not automatically cancel your reseller service. To avoid any interruption, keep your current service active until Videotron is fully installed and working, then cancel the old service.
