Helix Fi gateway showing offline in App

I powered down and restarted my Helix gateway a few days ago and even since the device is showing offline in the Helix App.
The wifi gateway is working (tv, phones, Google all connected) but not able to see and access the gateway from my phone.

    Hi bt003232, have you been able to fix this problem since your post?

     

    If it persists, have you noticed the same situation in the app from another device?

    Have you also tried another reset on the gateway by disconnecting the power cable?

    Lastly, you could also try a factory reset but this will require to setup your Wifi network in the Helix Fi app afterward.
