Helix Fi 2 disconnects at least twice a day

My Helix Fi loses connection at least's 2 or 3 times a day. Especially between 7PM and 9PM. It would simply just disconnect and flash a orange light for two seconds then switches to green light for 10 seconds, then the white light appears after that it takes a minute for the connection to be back. The coax cable is fit and not loose, the power is well inserted and not loose. 

My speed is 400Mbps Down and 50 Up. I pay around 80$ a month. I live in Montreal, QC, This incredibly frustrating. Anybody else is having this issue? This started last week.
