Helix Bandwidth Monitoring

Hi,

We have just switched to Helix and I find frustrating the fact that the Arris TG4482a they use does not provide any sort of performance monitoring like bandwidth usage in real time or logs that are giving a little bit more than an empty page for the system log for example.

Anybody was able to extract bandwidth usage or logs in realtime through UPNP or any other means?

    Simplifying User Experience: ISPs aim for a "plug-and-play" experience, and detailed metrics might overwhelm less technical users.
    Reducing Support Calls: Providing detailed logs could lead to more support calls from users misinterpreting data.
    Security Concerns: Exposing detailed system information could create potential security vulnerabilities.
    Resource Constraints: The hardware on these devices may have limited processing power and memory, making real-time monitoring resource-intensive.
