Helix Event Logs won't load
Hi, I wish to consult the logs on my Helix router. Under Troubleshooting > Logs, I can download System Logs and Firewall Logs, for up to 90 days, and these load and can be downloaded no problem....
I'm having trouble accessing event logs on my Helix router. The system indicates the operation is in progress but then learn more displays an error. I've tried different browsers, cleared cookies, and restarted the router, but the issue persists. Contacting Helix Support is recommended to investigate the issue and potentially resolve it through firmware updates or other troubleshooting steps.
