ftp outside of helix wifi help needed

Hi ,

Anyone can guide me on how to troubleshoot my ftp not working outside of wifi.

It worked fine before I switched from videotron cable modem to the new helix this past weekend.

Port 21 is open and I tried with firewall and AVG bot disabled but still not working.

Any help would be awesome.
