j'ai déjà contacté le soutient technique...et on m'a dit que tout était normal...
bizarre le surlendemain, tout était revenu à la normale... je dépasse le 400mbits pas mal à toutes les fois que je fais un test sur testvitesse.videotron.ca ou l'application speedtest.net sur mon AppleTV (ce qui n'était pas le cas lorsque j'ai contacté le soutient).
si j'ai d'autres ralentissement, je les prendrai en note pour voir si ça concorde avec quoi que ce soit d'autre de votre côté.

Moi aussi, par enchantement, les vitesses sont revenus à la normale après une vérification du soutien technique. Les vitesses sont très bonnes, mais cependant, plus de fluctuation qu'il y a 1 -2 mois.

effectivement moi aussi les vitesse était très stable, toujours au dessus de 430 en téléchargement il y a 1-2 mois.
maintenant, ca varie de 400-450 selon le moment de la journée.
par contre petite amélioration ces 1-2 mois... la vitesse d'upload est pas mal tout le temps en haut de 50mbits alors qu'avant j'avais autour de 45.
