Merci pour ton commentaire, Je suis d'accord que les mise a jour des terminaux téle la nuit ou selon les parametre que ont peu leur dire quand faire la mise a jour prend environ 3 minute, Pour la borne Helix c bien different et j'etais en contact avec le service technique depuis la fin de novembre et 4 visite de technicien qui ont changer la borne ensuite le modem et rien na changer. J'ai par la suite parler avec le support par téléphone pour finalement me dire que cela est normale pour la borne de predre environ 12 minutes pour faire la mise a jour de la borne Helix. cela est aussi mentionner dans l'application Helix-fi quand on veux faire un redémarrage manuel de la borne et il montre meme un style de cronometre pour 12 minutes. Semble que pas tout le monde chez Videotron sont au courant de cela.
