Ethernet connection to TV
hello,
I received my HelixHub about a month ago, since I'm not able to connect my Sony smart TV via an Ethernet cable.
somehow, the TV do not see the internet connection, however, before Helix I had a modem Videotron connected to a router and my TV was connected to the router and no problem whatsoever.
anyone having the same issue?
I have a Samsung TV connected with Ethernet. It worked fine with my old black Helix gateway and it still works fine with the new white one too.
Did you try another Ethernet cable ?
