When playing Call of Duty with a new Helix Fi modem. Things would work but after about half an hour, the game would start lagging until finally it was unplayable - this is still the case as I tested this again yesterday and the problem persists. I could not find any way to set uplink QOS on the Helix Fi so finally I put it in Bridge Mode and connected my own Netgear R6400 router. This worked very well and I do not actually have to set any uplink QOS. My question is why there is there no discussion about gaming issues with the Helix Fi modem/router here on the forum. I could not find any solution or even discussion. I've only found Redit discussions that did not offer solutions. I'm curious why this is not a bigger issue. Hi there! We’ve noticed that some Helix users are having trouble deleting recordings, especially since the return of the resume watching features. Because there are now two different ways to delete a recording — either from the Recordings menu or directly from the For You section — here’s a clear summary of both methods. This should help you delete your content more easily. 😉 Deleting a recording Press the HELIX button on your voice remote to go to the main menu. Select Saved, then Recordings. Select the program to delete, then Delete and confirm. You can also select the X to the right of the title to delete. A confirmation message will appear. Select Delete Now and confirm. A confirmation message will appear. You can also use the D button on your remote to delete a single episode or a series, even during playback. Delete a recording from the “For You” section Some recently watched recordings can be deleted directly from the For You section. The steps differ slightly from deleting a recording using the Recordings menu. Episode of a series Select the series to open its info page. Press the down arrow to access Continue Watching. Highlight the episode you want to delete. Press the “i” button on the remote to display the options. Select Delete. Movie or single event Highlight the content you want to delete in the For You section. Press the center button on the remote to open the options. Select Delete. Bonjour, J’habite à Gatineau, mais vraiment proche d’Ottawa. Dans le sens que, Je sors de chez moi, traverse un pont et je suis à Ottawa. Ça semble me causer des problemes lorsque j’essaie d’ecouter des chaines du Quebec (par exemple le hockey à Rds ou TVA sports avec mes données de telephone. Donc, quand je me suis pas sur mon wifi. Par exemple, à un café juste à côté, ou durant mes pauses au travail. Avant sur le système Illico, J’avais accès aux postes 4K mais maintenant c’est impossible depuis que j’ai migré vers Hélix. Le signal n’est plus accepté par ma télévision LG modèle 65UF9500 avec leur protocole HTCP 2.2 alors qu’il était avec le HTCP 2.1. LG et Videotron se renvoient la balle pour dire que le problème n’est pas de leur côté. Quelqu’un aurait une solution pour corriger ce problème ? Où puis-je formuler une plainte à Vidéotron?
