Why is this a constant problem. Switched to Helix mid July from Illico. Have had nothing
but issues with 4k video. Two visits by technicians, unable to solve the problem. Was told that a work order has been issued to resolve for “general” area. Very frustrated with response so far. Of note Illico 4k Samsung terminal, no issues whatsoever.
Thanks for your response. All cable connections are good, checked numerous times. HDMI are all 2.1 rated, routed through my receiver, Denon 3700. Helix gateway is hardwired with Cat 6 ethernet cable to the helix tv box. Like I stated before, had no issues with Ilico 4k Samsung box.
