Illico Multi-recorders

Hi there,

We have two Illico 8642HD recorders - one in the basement and one in the living room.  We used to be able to watch recording on the other recorders.  Since this morning, I cannot.  Is this something that changed from Videotron did I lose a config?  If so how do I get it back?
