I have had helix for 4 days now and it does not function properly . I don’t have any channels that I selected . I have spent 4 days in the phone . Total of 8 hours and they still don’t have a solution to fix it.. there only solution is to come back and install illico but only in October because they are to busy installing helix systems that don’t work... there slogan is true... “ the helix experience” what an experience
