Changing language in Helix

Just got Helix and would like to change the default language to English  when I use the remote etc., everything is in French.

Hi @JW787 and welcome to Videotron's community forums! 

You can change the language by doing the following with the Helix remote control:

- Press on the Helix key

- Select the gear symbol on the right to access the settings (Paramètres) menu

- Scroll down to Langue

- Scroll down the next menu level to modify both "Langue: Français (Canada)"  and "Langue de recherche vocale: Français (Canada)" to your own language preference. 

Another nice trick is to use the voice command button and simply say "Language". Even if the menu and search languages are set to French, it should recognize the command anyway and prompt you directly in the language settings menu.
