Matou01 Comme toute compagnie qui se respecte, les compte à payer c'est leur dernier sousis sauf pour certains fournisseurs critiques.
Rembourser les clients? Ah, On est en bas de la liste, en dessous des fournisseurs de papier de toilette.
Mais pour les compte à reçevoir, ah non, c'est du harcelement et des menaces pour les payeur en retard. C'est une petite game qui perdure et est acceptée depuis des décénies, surtout avec des taux d'intérets à 1%, 1,5% pour les retards.
À l'époque un fournisseur offrait 4% d'escompte sur paiement en 10 jours, et je te dis que le CAP payait rapidos. Ou bien les opportunistes, ils empochent le 4% et payent quand même en 45 jours.
Le plus étrange dans mon cas c'est mon crédit à été amputé de 101,70$ sans raison, pouf! parti en fumée. J'ai vraiment plus d'énergie à dealer avec la SAC ou faire un plainte au BBB.
Comme d'hab, je vais me fermer le claque **blip** et me laisser (ajoutez les mots de votre choix) :)

Update: Remboursement recu hier donc presque 3 mois! Faut pas être pressé. Eux c'est NET 90 jours, nous c'est NET 8 jours.

Chanceux vous, la semaine dernière, j'ai téléphoné au SAC pour la somme dûe. Comme j'ai un compte ouvert encore avec Vidéotron pour le téléphone filaire (maintenant avec Hélix pour internet et TV), on m'a répondu, désolé Monsieur mais vous aurez seulement des crédits jusqu'à épuisement de notre dû. Belle réponse ça, imaginer le contraire, pouhahahaha.
