Même les clients qui n'ont rien annulé subissent la même médecine de la part de Vidéotron. J'ai transféré à Hélix le 23 octobre, on m'a promis un remboursement du solde de mon compte illico (parce qu'ils créent de nouveaux comptes avec Hélix) dans les 60 jours sans fautes.
Donc, officiellement à 15h30 demain le 23 décembre, quand le facteur va passer chez moi je vais avoir mon chèque d'une centaine de dollars de Vidéotron.
Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais mon petit doigt me dit qu'à 16 heures, le 23 décembre, je serai au téléphone avec le service à la clientèle pour me faire lire la raison 3892 dans leur petit manuel pour m'expliquer que je devrai attendre en 2020 pour avoir mon chèque et que je devrais me compter chanceux parce qu'il y a des milliers d'autres clients qui attendent aussi leur remboursement.

Non Matou01 et on m'a expliqué une technicalité que je ne savait pas.
Si on ferme au complet le compte illico, la téléphonie, l'internet et notre courriel internet, c'est automatique au bout de 3 mois après la dernière facturation le chêque est émis.
Si on conserve l'un des services (moi j'ai gardé mon courriel), il faut faire la demande après 3 dates de facturation suivant la déconnection pour faire émettre un chèque, vu que pour le système de facturation mon compte n'est pas fermé.
Ça peut prendre une couple de mois à recevoir le chèque. Si tu étais en paiement automatisé sur carte de crédit, c'est plus rapide car ils te font un crédit sur ta carte au bout de 2 à 3 semaines.

Mais je sais maintenant grâce à votre réponse que si on a un autre service payant, ils vont écouler le solde au lieu de vous le rembourser.
Donc la meilleure stratégie serait de passer la commande pour Hélix juste le lendemain de la date du paiement, donc si ça prends près d'un mois avant l'installation, le solde de l'ancien compte sera presque nul et on évite ainsi un étalement du remboursement sur plusieurs mois.
