Voicemail in English?
I am trying to activate my voicemail but it seems to be only in French, and I don't understand it. Suggestions?
not sure if that will do it for you... my voicemail is already activated...
I had to do this to change the language... access my voicemail
press 4
press 2
press 8 to change the language of your voicemail. for english press 1.
also, to chose the language for callers, press 9... for english press 1.
if that doesn't work, you might have to call support.

I think Videotron needs to do a better job with clearer instructions or an English menu option at the very end, as the provided url is not very helpful or accessible.
