How to avoid data roaming charges while abroad?

Hi! I will be travelling to Europe next month with my family and I want to make sure I don't get charged for roaming ? (I phone 6s) 

Will I still be able to connect to a wifi network?

Hi Anne,

You can turn off the mobile network on your iPhone using the airplane mode to avoid roaming and turn on the wifi after to access wifi networks.
