Coming from the EU to Canada

My son and I will be coming to Montreal from Greece this August. He will be studying for 3 years and I would like to know what he should do to get a reasonably priced mobile phone service while in Canada.  He will be using Whatsapp, Viber and Messenger to communicate with us in Greece but he still needs a phone while in Montreal. 

I will also be coming but only temporarily for 10 days - what do you propose for me for this short time?

Hello KathyA ! For you and your son, you could subscribe to one of our plans and bring your own device. This way, there would be no contract and you could end it at any time. However, we also suggest that you contact your Greek cellphone provider to verify if they offer any kind of traveller's plan, which could be more useful for such short periods.
