I'm a current customer with an up to date account that has inquired (3 times) regarding converting overto Helix however, it s been now three months and still have not received and follow up on my inquires and possible upgrade.......Why?

How did you contact Videotron for this? By phone or online? I contacted them by phone and quickly got an appointment. It's been a month of so.
