I just transferred my home phone from Bell to Videotron. How do I activate the Call Waiting ID feature? Call waiting is activated and working but the name and number of the person calling is not displayed. This feature worked with Bell.

To answer your question, the Call Waiting ID is free of charge for Call Display and Call Waiting suscribers who wish to take advantage of this option.
As it is not mandatory nor used by everyone, it is not automatically added to customers' account. However, if you currently have our "Residential Line Plus" service, you would simply need to contact us to have it activated for free.
You can proceed by calling us at 1-877-380-2511 or by contacting us through a private message from Facebook, Twitter or Google Business Message.
