Is there a reason why my internet monthly has gone up 7$ a month, without notification or justification? This is ludicrous...

Could be some promotion of credit that expired....maybe.

One thing is for sure is you won't have a clear answer here since no one has acces to your bill, you'll be much better served by calling in customer services.
