Forfait au USA

Quelqu’un peut-il me suggérer le meilleur forfait qualité prix de Vidéotron pour un snowbird en Floride de Décembre à Avril ? Merci
  • Hi McFly,

For an unconditional call forwarding, this is *21# to turn it on and #21# to turn it off. You have to dial **21*(destination number)# to program the number you want your calls forwarded to.

    For a conditional call forwarding:
Call forward busy: *67# to turn it on, #67# to turn it off. To program the number, this is **67*(destination number)#
Call forward no reply: *61# to turn it on, #61# to turn it off. To program the number, this is **61*(destination number)#
Call forward not reachable (device turned off): *62# to turn it on, #62# to turn it off. To program the number, this is **62*(destination number)#

    Thank you!

  • Hi Jon, have you found a way to make this happen? I am switching to Bell Giga Hub tomorrow and have bought a helix gateway a year ago so I would like to use it to extent or improve my home network that will now be runninng with Bell Fibe. Thanks!

        Hello MechWarrior!

This could work. However, many settings are not available when using the gateway's WebGUI (10.0.0.1) and are only available through the Helix Fi app. If you no longer are with Videotron as a provider, you will not be able to log in the Helix Fi app. Therefore, you may not be able to configure the Gateway as you would a regular router.

The Helix Gateway is designed and intended to be use with Videotron's Helix Internet service. Any other usage is not garanteed to work properly or at all.

        I hope this helps!
