Why isn't "The Daily Show" available on the Videotron Helix CTV Comedy Channel line-up?

I subscribe to the CTV Comedy Channel through Videotron (Helix) and would like to watch the Daily Show with Jon Stewart but it doesn't appear in the line-up. When I was with Bell (Fibe) it was available, why isn't it through Videotron?

    We found that the Daily Show with Jon Stewart is available on Comedy Central and Paramount + , not on CTV Comedy Channel.
